Tennis tips

Bobby Hurley
I started playing tennis seriously in 2003. I have relentlessly studied the game since. I made varsity my first season for Marshfield High School. I worked my way up as high as First doubles. I played third singles a few times as well. But I continued to improve my game.

I made the Assumption College team as a walkon. I was named captain for two seasons. I won an all conference award for second doubles. Had a victory over the top team merrimack at first doubles my senior year. Overall in the extremely competitive world of division 2 tennis (I mostly played 2nd doubles and 4th singles) I compiled a 17 wins and 43 losses record.

I continue to play competitively at least once a week. I watch tennis on television and read books from the very greatest players and practice. All so you can learn in a few hours what took me months to learn. Contact me at bobbyhurleyjr@gmail.com for details on private lessons. or call 781 718 1094.
